Description and Requirements
You will play a key role for the LGFS (Lenovo Global Financial Services) business with a primary focus to administer and support the overall lease process and contract lifecycle together with managing customer accounts and lease administration team.
We are looking for a candidate who is familiar with the characteristics of leasing transactions and the processing of customer lease contracts. You should have an eye for detail and a desire to ensure that data is correctly captured. If there are data discrepancies you will investigate the problem, identify the issue, correct and then ideally drive a solution to what caused the discrepancy in the first place. You will be a comfortable communicator who can engage via email and verbally with varied stakeholders to get stuff done.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in the administration of customer contracts involving large volumes of transactions
- Experience in reconciling data discrepancies between different sources and implementing corrective action to resolve
- Ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders to facilitate outcomes in a diverse organization
- High level of initiative with the ability to successfully deal with constant change
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives, sales teams, finance leadership, accounts payable, vendors, and resellers
- Experience in an equipment Leasing business and knowledge of key concepts is a plus
- Business fluent English

Base gross monthly salary starts from 1.500 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also a variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
You will report to SSG (Solutions & Services Group) organization structure.
SSG has been focusing on the expanding IT service market, especially the digital workplace services opportunity, the growing demand for aaS (as a Service) model, and customers’ stronger preference for sustainability services. Meanwhile, SSG has continued to invest in software tools, platforms, and repeatable vertical solutions with our own IP, and focus on vertical solutions in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, education, and Smart City. We are expanding TruScale as a Service to include Digital Workplace Solutions, developing our Hybrid Cloud solutions, and exploring Metaverse solutions.
