Description and Requirements


Lease Administration Officer:

This role is a critical support function for LGFS (Lenovo Global Financial Services) business, primarily focusing on administering and supporting the lease process and contract lifecycle, while also managing customer accounts and the lease administration team.


The Lease Administration Officer’s primary responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the leasing sales process by preparing, collating, and processing documents into the Lease Management System.
  • Populating Customer lease agreement templates with necessary information for submission and execution by the customer.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of customer lease contracts.
  • Reconciling and resolving discrepancies between equipment on lease documentation and data from other internal and external systems.
  • Extracting information from the Lease Management system to assist the billing and accounting team.
  • Ensuring accuracy and integrity of data across interfacing systems.
  • Collaborating closely with the customer fulfillment team on manual monthly invoicing and addressing billing issues internally and with external LFS partners.
  • Fulfilling any other required administrative duties.

Key Functional Skills:

  • Effective organization, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong communication, fluent in English, and adept at problem resolution.
  • Ability to analyze data sources to reconcile information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Basic understanding of equipment lease pricing methodologies.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Excel and financial analysis skills.
