Description and Requirements
- Supporting the leasing sales process by preparing, collating, and processing documents into the Lease Management System.
- Populating Customer lease agreement templates with necessary information for submission and execution by the customer.
- Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of customer lease contracts.
- Reconciling and resolving discrepancies between equipment on lease documentation and data from other internal and external systems.
- Extracting information from the Lease Management system to assist the billing and accounting team.
- Ensuring accuracy and integrity of data across interfacing systems.
- Collaborating closely with the customer fulfillment team on manual monthly invoicing and addressing billing issues internally and with external LFS partners.
- Fulfilling any other required administrative duties.
- Effective organization, time management, and follow-up skills.
- Strong communication, fluent in English, and adept at problem resolution.
- Ability to analyze data sources to reconcile information and resolve discrepancies.
- Basic understanding of equipment lease pricing methodologies.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel and financial analysis skills.
