Description and Requirements


A Fortune Global 500 company with US$60 billion in revenue, Lenovo’s vision is to become the global leader in IT solutions through smart devices, infrastructure, and solutions and services. We are looking for a talented Leasing Enablement and Marketing Specialist leader for our new Solutions and Services Group (SSG) to help shape Lenovo’s journey in service-led transformation.

This is a global role with a primary focus to develop and implement effective leasing sales enablement programs, training and tools that enables the Lenovo Global Financial Services (LGFS) sales force and the broader Lenovo sales organization to successfully articulate the benefits of engaging with Lenovo’s inhouse customer financing team to design as-a-Service solutions. This hybrid role will also act as the central point of contact for all leasing marketing activities for the team and our extended partner network to ensure LGFS’ messaging is globally harmonized and in sync with the broader Lenovo identity.

Key responsibilities

·       Defining LGFS asset finance enablement processes, training and collateral as required to improve the capability and effectiveness of our Sales team and drive revenue outcomes. Including Sales Assets, Sales Training, and customer facing collateral to support sales conversations.

·       Collaborating with Sales Enablement peers across other Lenovo business groups to ensure all LGFS initiatives are supporting and complementing sales programs that include a LGFS payment solution.

·       Define the LGFS marketing plan, working with the LGFS team, funder partner marketing focal, Lenovo marketing and external agencies to deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy that lifts the profile of LGFS, drives leasing volume and creates a harmonized look and feel across all mediums, channels and geographies.

·       Execute on the LGFS communication framework to ensure the LGFS organization and broader Lenovo business are aware of our capabilities. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Communications, Learning and Development) to deliver engaging content that will enable desired business and customer outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience working on marketing or enablement for Leasing programs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Project
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
The location is flexible and can be based in-person in Lenovo's Morrisville (Raleigh-Durham) headquarters or remotely in the East Coast. 

The base salary range for this position in CA, CO, Jersey City - NJ, NV, Ithaca - NY, NYC, WA, is $110,840 - $143,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found on www.lenovobenefits.com.
