Description and Requirements
The Lenovo Legal Department is looking for legal interns for Summer 2023. Work assignments will include exposure to contract review and negotiation; project work with lawyers on the Legal Operations and Technology team; and assignments relating to some or all of the following areas: commercial disputes, litigation, intellectual property, international trade, compliance and general corporate legal matters.
The ideal candidate will have completed at least one year of law school; will be confident, intellectually curious, and interested in both law and technology; and willing to contribute to the Lenovo Legal team’s work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred locations include the Raleigh, NC area or the Chicago, IL area; remote positions may be considered. The intern’s work (like the rest of the US-based legal team) will be 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. This is a paid position and expected to work 40 hours per week for the period of the internship.
