Description and Requirements

  • Management of legal notices that arrive to the Motorola / Lenovo offices
  • Management of consumer complaints: main contact with service organization and outside counsels to effectively address the claims received, including coordination of payments to consumers, outside counsels, mediatiors, conciliators and other legal fees that apply to consumer claims process. 
  • Management of invoices issued by outside counsel (+ 10 outside counsels in the region I support), notary public and other services managed by the law department.
  • Preparing of required internal reports: legal expenses, outside counsels' invoices, litigation, etc.
  • Search for legal information, jurisprudence, analysis of applicable regulations.
