Description and Requirements

Lenovo seeks a IT Support Operation Specialist to play a critical role on supporting workflow systems and data management, workflow management, operations, IT process efficiency, processes recommendations & customers resolutions.

 Work to administer a system: user accounts passwords, resets, setting up rules, track issues, and process improvement initiatives.

Support System administration tasks and update project plans, this includes but is not limited to supporting data to and from the system.

Support customers on the use of tools, including training, use cases, support questions, issue resolution, and confirm system data quality.

 

 Perform testing of new enhancements and software tools document process updates for end users. Support of system administration processes including data input based on use case need for eDiscovery and other Legal Operations supported systems, execute support tasks, and support signatory and approval processes.

Support other Operations tools as needed such as SharePoint sites and web tools, Chatbot Q&A input and testing, and other applications that allow Legal users to interact with the Legal team more effectively.

 Basic Job Requirements:


  •  English advanced (fully bilingual) this position reports to USA
  •  Management systems experience, 2+ years
  • Experience on workflow systems
  • Bachelor's degree IT or related
  • Negotiation skills
  • Excel capabilities
  • Process Flow charts and word documentation for processes
  • Negotiation skills
  • Teamwork
