Description and Requirements

During your internship you will closely work with the Lenovo Channel Solution and Services team in Budapest responsible for daily the administration of Lenovo’s Inventory and/or Accounts Receivable financing offerings. 

The team administers and maintains daily operation of the accounts receivable and accounts payable portfolio of Lenovo in Europe and MEA. You will also be involved in keeping daily contact with Account Specialists, CSST Country Offices and other Lenovo Divisions as well as performing and document required daily, weekly, monthly controls. 

What is waiting for you in this job? 
  • Working with the team of young and experienced Finance professionals 
  • Supporting daily management of large and complex accounts related administration. 
  • Supporting coordination of payments and invoices related to Lenovo’s portfolio system. 
  • Understanding process changes, possibility to drive innovation in special projects and tasks with various teams within Lenovo. 
  • Preparation of reports for EMEA and providing support during Business Controls reviews, corporate and external audits

  • Interest in Finance and Operations 
  • High level of accuracy with good attention to details 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Good teamwork and collaboration skills 
  • Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge 
  • SQL and Macro knowledge is a plus 
  • Analytical and organizational skills 
  • Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
