Description and Requirements
Execute all tasks that support Mexico logistics operation: product deliveries to end customers, delivery of imported product to the warehouse, product returns, inventory management, using available tracking tools.
Provide support monitoring deliveries since the moment it leaves the warehouse, port, airport or customer until it reaches the assigned destination.
Ensure efficient delivery of products to customers.
Monitor orders identifying and reporting to different business areas/customers the incidents detected.
Keep the GL, Operations, CFS, and ecommerce areas informed of the final status of orders released according to established procedures.
Manage KPIs related to service level and 3PL performance.
Ensures daily operation plan is executed to pick, pack and ship all orders on time.
Skills and experience:
Education: Qualified Professional, (LAE, Industrial Engineer, Logistics or similar)
Strong communication skills
Focus on customer service
Knowledge of SAP (MM, IM)
Microsoft Office
Warehouse management
Basic English language
Experience dealing with 3PLs and service providers.
