Description and Requirements

What will be your responsibilities:
  • Supporting the budget process preparation templates, pre-package and presentations, follow-up with Local and Global Financial Teams to ensure all budgets are updated on time, budget consolidation, and updating the budgets in the system
  • Ad hoc analysis based on the stakeholder requirement
  • Drive emails, and banners, through appropriate approval processes ensuring controls, risk, compliance, and legal engagement
  • Monitor and provide analysis of cost per box and budget per cost driver
  • Budget vs Actual & Variance analysis including a variant explanation
  • Lead or participate in process improvement efforts
  • Approach assignments from a system perspective by evaluating the effect of an initiative not only from a Customer Service operations perspective, but utilizing knowledge and experience of applicable regulations, other business units, and supporting computer systems
  • Review Manage departmental and 3PL reporting, metrics, and KPIs and Prepare cost reports, spend reports
  • Evaluates and interprets new or revised raw data to provide an understanding of how future requirement/changes will affect the operation and/or budget of GL
  • Utilize Continuous Improvement, Resource Planning, and Training to acquire metrics and to determine the best format/methodologies to improve efficiencies of teams and control work
  • Support problem solving, improving business processes and data quality
  • Provide Real-Time and Trend Visibility of Financial and Operations Data by developing and then leading the creation of Dashboards and KPIs and Presentations including QBRs, MBRs, and WBRs
You will be reporting to a Sr. Logistics Manager withint he organization of Global Logistics Team. 

Who we are looking for:
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • experience with doing business analysis and interpreting data
  • advanced skills in Excel
  • understanding financial field and numbers
  • someone who ideally has basic understanding of logistics
  • someone with strong presentation skills as you will present for management
