Description and Requirements

 As a Global Accounts MBG Business Development Manager (BDM) for the North America and Canada region, you will be responsible for selling an expanding smartphone product portfolio, comprising hardware, software and services. You will work closely with the Global Account Managers, ISRs , Project Managers, Motorola product teams and Vertical leadership team to coordinate relevant go to market campaigns for focus accounts and verticals. 

You will raise the profile of Motorola in GA and ensure it gets mindshare at an executive level by publicizing and articulating wins and making it easy for Global Account teams to open the conversations. You will be expected to attain revenue and margin goals through driving new business and evangelizing Lenovo’s ever-expanding portfolio of services and solutions and demonstrate the ability to take initiative and provide leadership in a growing business. You need to have a successful sales track record and you will champion the innovative power of our products to make companies more productive, secure, collaborative and transformative.

 You will need to understand Motorola’s portfolio of award-winning products, services and solutions and develop strategies to help new and existing Global account customers find and implement the best solutions. You will drive your own sales calls, while also attending joint calls with sales team members at all levels of the customer organization. This is a client facing sales role requiring deep industry experience, the ability to identify, cultivate, and close net new business and expertise working large deals at the C level. We are looking for a hunter with a successful and proven track record to take their career, and the territory, to the next level. Product Scope Motorola and Lenovo smartphone products, services and solutions 

Key Areas of responsibility: 
•Work with Global Account Sales to support customers as part of the Sales process 
•Present the value proposition, product roadmaps and solutions directly to customers 
•Manage communication with all other internal Lenovo support teams and leadership 
•Act as focal point for customer feedback to product development teams 
•Continuously enhance technical knowledge on relevant products and industry shifts
•Build Lenovo smartphone solution content into GA customer presentations 
•Provide in-depth product and how to sell process expertise to sales teams 
•Provide ‘support’ for low level technical questions from Sales Attendance and presentation at relevant Industry events (when applicable) 
•Own pipeline progression from lead to closed/won and continuing customer relationships •Develop close relationships with Motorola HQ in Chicago and key stakeholders Work with •Motorola Biz Ops on demand planning and supply continuity.

•Motorola USA product and sales teams OEM and solution business 
•Qualities/Skills Superior problem solving & analysis skills, commitment & action oriented •Knowledge and experience with core GA sales tools preferred ( CRM, MS Dynamics) 
•Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Have CX as a priority •Excellent product knowledge across Smartphones and Android devices 
•Self-starter with entrepreneurial skills and incubation experience 
•Work location A mobile contract based from home with up to 50%  travel when applicable.
