You will be a member of the Logistics Operations team based in Bratislava, Slovakia, reporting to the Global Logistics Director. 

These are your detailed responsibilities:

 • Responsible for MBG EMEA E2E Logistics operations

 • Ensure timely and cost effective deliveries to the customer

 • Ensure KPI's are met (Committed Deliveries Dates, Cost per Box, ETA accuracy, IOD performance)

 • Operational management of 3rd party logistics providers

 • Manage team of 1 person

 • Drive Continues Network Improvements

 • Drive Digitalization with the Logistics network and processes

 • Participate and/or lead projects


 Position Requirements:


 • Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years equivalent experience required within a similar logistics role

 • People Management experience

 • Excellent written and spoken English

 • Experience in a fast moving logistics operations environment

 • Distribution Logistics

 • Logistics Supply Chain Management

 • Analytical and problem solving skills

 • MS Office, Excel advanced

 • Escalation management

 Base gross monthly salary from minimum 2250 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
