Description and Requirements

The MBG System & Tool Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the Oracle RightNow CX (Customer Experience) system. This role involves configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting the system to ensure it operates efficiently and effectively. The role will work closely with various departments to support their customer service and relationship management needs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.


Key Responsibilities:

System Configuration and Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain Oracle RightNow CX systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning optimally.

Troubleshooting and Support: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to the Oracle RightNow CX system. Provide ongoing support to users and assist in problem resolution.

Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Data Management: Ensure data integrity and security within the RightNow CX system. Perform regular backups and data recovery procedures as needed.

Custom Development: Develop and manage custom scripts and interfaces to support business needs and enhance system functionality.

User Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions for system users and create detailed documentation for system processes and troubleshooting procedures.

Cross-Business Unit Collaboration: Work closely with various departments and business units to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that support their goals. This includes acting as a vital liaison between the technical team and end-users, ensuring effective communication and alignment across the organization.


Advanced English level is required for this role.

Hybrid mode role in Sao Paulo offices.
