For our Middle East & Africa Relationship team, we’re looking for Technical Pre-Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and pre-sales support to prospective customers, You will be architecting & designing solutions for Enterprise & Public Sector customers. Responding to product & technical queries, interpreting RFQ’s. Analyzing customer environments & proposing most suitable Lenovo solutions from pocket to cloud. This role acts as a technical liaison between the sales team and the customer, ensuring a seamless and informed buying experience.
You will be part of highly dynamic & versatile Middle East & Africa HQ team and you will be reporting to the Head of Relationship Segment MEA.
Your Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-depth technical assessments of the customer's IT infrastructure and posture to understand their specific needs and challenges.
- Conducts technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects Install and test solutions in-house, as required, to ensure successful deployments and evaluations.
- Develop customized PC+ solution proposals that address the customer's requirements, including detailed technical specifications, implementation plans, and timelines
- Demonstrate the organization's products and services to customers, highlighting their features, capabilities, and benefits.
- Collaborate with the product management and engineering teams to stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and product roadmaps. Participate in pre-sales meetings, client presentations, and proof-of-concept demonstrations to showcase the organization's solutions.
- Respond to (Internal & external)customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate, and comprehensive technical support throughout the pre-sales process.
- Coverage & support of multiple geographies allocated by team leader.
- Responsible for planning & conducting monthly & quarterly sales trainings aimed toward knowledge transfer, keeping sales informed & enhancing product awareness & skills.
- Deep understanding of PC business, competitive landscape, industry solution offerings.
Your profile:
- Study of information technology / business administration or a comparable education/professional experience
- Several years of professional and technical experience in PC industry and proficiency in the solution selling approach.
- Ability to work in dynamic environment, timebound deadlines with flexibility to work with cross functions.
- Arabic & French Speaking is preferred with business fluency in English.
- Sales, Business Management experience & advance analytical skills will be advantageous
- Experience in Saudi Arabia & Levant is mandatory.
