工作职责： 

1. 负责联想MES软件产品相关系统设计、实施和维护工作。 

2. 负责需求整理，功能设计与测试，上线支持及系统功能业务培训，合理分析业务需求并细化实施。 

3. 负责系统的生产变更和故障分析处理及日常运维工作。

4. 负责支持智能制造领域外化商机的软件产品售前方案设计。

岗位要求：

1. 3-5年以上生产MES系统需求设计与运维工作相关经验 ，计算机基础扎实，了解计算机网络、操作系统的底层概念和原理，熟悉数据库相关知识。 

2. 精通MES相关产品和业务；熟悉工厂自动化、制造业工业软件、实时数据库、ERP系统等 。 

3. 了解产品的策划、需求、设计、开发、维护等流程，了解开发平台和工具，至少掌握一种产品原型设计工具 。 

4. 熟悉系统应用建设及运维保障实施方法，掌握服务器、缓存、消息中间件等常用软件的安装配置管理及维护。

5. 较强的学习沟通和团队协作能力，能承受一定的工作压力，具备良好的自学能力和独立解决问题能力，严谨的工作态度与高质量意识。

6. 流利的英文口语，书面沟通。

7. 熟悉Linux、 PostgreSQL、计算机网络等技术者优先。

8. 能够接受一定出差。
