Overall Description:
Ownership of marketplace operations, including step by step until delivery, after-sale claims and E2E tracking reports. Responsibilities: manage the integrator´s platform to create product publications, admin prices/ stock, coordinate logistics delivery, tracking till customer´s reception. Manage customers´ claims in the marketplace platform. Keep track of all in consolidated report. Reconciliations.
Own the sales metrics/targets defined for the route-to-market.
Position Requirements
- Associates degree on marketing, e-business or related
- Passion to drive a fast paced, end to end business
- 2 years working on similar roles, operations management or related areas.
- Good written and fluent spoken English.
- Excel advanced
- Self –motivated and able to work independently with little supervision. Know how to handle urgent-important matters
