Description and Requirements

At Lenovo, we do not just build the most amazing products, we build solutions for our customers to do more with their devices.  Our Lenovo Accessories and Devices Business is a multi-billion-dollar business, focused on building industry leading PC Accessories to create solutions for our customers.  The pandemic has changed how people work, communicate, collaborate and create.  It has also changed how customers shop and where they shop.  eCommerce platforms have experiences unprecedented growth in online shopping through the pandemic and continue to enhance the shopping experience.  Lenovo Accessories business is looking for an experienced leader to expand and build our reach to our customers in the online space.  A leader who understands how eCommerce platforms work end-to-end and one who can build the right team and business model to achieve growth and success.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead and define online selling strategy outside of Lenovo.com
  2. Define portfolio and category participation strategy
  3. Lead product definition and roadmaps
  4. Analyze competition and define pricing strategy for defined roadmaps
  5. Work close with Dev and backend teams on sourcing plan
  6. Set targets and scope for marketing spend, sales operations, demand gen
  7. Stay up to date with current trends and competitor analysis.
 

Basic Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  2. 3-5+ years' experience in eCommerce
  3. Past experience in e-commerce platforms is a MUST (JD, Taoboa, AlliExpress, etc)
  4. Proficiency in ENGLISH is a MUST
 

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experienced with Amazon Seller or China eTailer end to end workflows
  2. Knowledge of internet marketing and sales best practices that result in customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
  3. Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills.
  4. Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
  5. Strong decision making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
  6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
