Description and Requirements

We are looking for a highly dynamic individual able to maintain relationships and have great communication skills. As our Sales Manager Channel/SMB Business you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies for a successful business with Lenovo's Channel/Resellers/Distributors across the territory of Switzerland. You are a part of the Swiss Country Management team reporting to our Managing Director.

In addition to people management responsibilities, you will have responsibility for your department’s resources, short-term planning, and budget. 

What else will you do?

• The position will require you to conduct deep analysis and identifying complex problems: generate and coordinate solutions with other functions or team members to solve them.

• When it comes to people management responsibilities you will set up  KPI/objectives, do consistent coaching and performance feedback & assessment.

• Enable Lenovo's strategies for transformation of the channel organization 

• You will maintain close cooperation with EMEA & the regional management team.

Position Requirements: 

• 4-5 years proven track record of leadership within the IT Channel segment

• Ability to lead, manage and coach people

• Adapt communications and approaches to drive negotiations with various partners to conclusion, resulting in common agreements. Maintain and cultivate senior executive relationships.

• Demonstrate expertise in building customers relationships, which promote and enable a deep understanding the corporate Reseller business goals and objectives

• Fluent in (swiss-)German and English (written and spoken), French is an advantage

• The position requires travelling
