Description and Requirements

JD – Order fulfillment

Backlog Management:

  • Oversee & Analyze backlog report and take actions / closure follow-ups accordingly.
  • Load Prebuild orders on time post getting all necessary approvals and share updates to business
  • Timely scheduling/billing of orders
  • Regular follow up with Sales /AR /Customer to remove any backlog dependency.

Supply Management:

  • Manage BTS order supplies in close coordination with procurement & production team.
  • Daily checks of backlog & escalation management for critical customer requirements
  • MIS publish to business team & Clearing post replenishment ordering issues.
  •                      

Inventory Control:

  • Daily reviewing of Excess ordering if any and ensuring measures to control.
  • Working with Production team & IT team for cancellation of excess ordering MOs
  • Sharing regular Free FG (Finished Goods) details with business team & work for liquidation

CSAT:

  • Drive CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) program for respective business.
  • Track critical and escalated cases end to end & share timely order update to customer.

 

Requirement:

  • Graduate with experience of 3 to 7 years in supply chain order fulfillment processes (OTC cycle)
  • Confident business communication, both verbal & written.
  • Working knowledge in SAP system preferably.
  • Analytical skills, problem solving, customer focused and take ownership & initiative.
