1) End- to end Planning at detailed level for each of the Projects
2) Coordinating and Preparing the Plan with key Stakeholders with clear set of Actions and owners to drive these actions
3) Timely and Periodic Tracking of progress on these Projects and follow-up with respective owners to ensure timely closure and execution
4) Support in resolving any issues working with Cross-functional teams thru coordination and evaluating various Options working with Cross functional teams and SME
5) Periodic executive reviews to share the progress on these Projects
6) Timely delivery of milestones as per the Project Plan
