Description and Requirements

  • Job Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the quality control process in the Supply Chain for ODM manufacturing.

    • Conduct NPI & MP production quality control to ensure compliance with company standards.

    • Perform quality inspections and testing according to established procedures and operation instructions.

    • Identify, analyze, and resolve production process abnormalities and control chart deviations to maintain quality standards.

    • Work closely with production stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

    • Assist in problem-solving and project management for the Batam site, reporting to the headquarters. 

    • Ensure adherence to sampling test standards and implement effective quality control measures in production.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • 2-3 years of experience in the electronics industry, preferably in PC manufacturing (AIO, notebook models).

    • Familiar with quality characteristics, product testing procedures, and testing methods for electronic products.

    • Strong understanding of production processes and quality control requirements at each stage.

    • Ability to analyze production issues and recommend corrective actions.

    • Proficiency in computer hardware structure and skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

    • Basic English reading and writing skills; must be able to recognize and understand computer and quality-related English terms.

    • Basic Chinese communication skills to facilitate coordination with stakeholders in China.
