Description

The Cloud and Software marketing team is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to build infrastructure and processes that allow us to scale our global demand engine. Reporting to the Head of Cloud and Software Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing marketing processes, systems, and technologies to drive efficiency and scalability. You will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing campaigns and ensuring the seamless operation of our marketing technology stack. The Marketing Operations Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and compliance, to streamline workflows, measure performance, and enhance the overall effectiveness of our marketing efforts.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer the marketing technology stack, including marketing automation platforms, and other marketing software.
  • Oversee data management, ensuring data integrity, hygiene, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers to plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, SEO/SEM, and events.
  • Develop campaign workflows, including audience segmentation, lead scoring, and nurture programs, to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Lead and manage marketing projects, including system implementations, integrations, and upgrades.
  • Coordinate and prioritize marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a marketing operations role, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong technical proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and other marketing software.
  • Experience with data management, segmentation, and analysis to drive marketing insights and decision-making.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Solid understanding of marketing processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive marketing optimization and strategy.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic coding skills are a plus.

Preferred Qualification

  • Relevant Certification (from Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)
  • Agency experience is a plus

The base salary range for this position in CA, CO, Jersey City - NJ, NV, Ithaca - NY, NYC, WA, is $110,000 - $145,000.  Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found on www.lenovobenefits.com.
