The Project / Digital Asset Manager will work directly with the  North America marketing team supporting the planning & marketing asset/task management. Responsible for managing and organizing all creative team projects including: digital banner ads, social media, web banners, screens for devices, video cuts, gifs, simple motion etc.

You will communicate with other stakeholders in NA marketing for project status & deliveries. We need someone motivated to work collaboratively, who can maintain a positive attitude supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Project management workflow
  • Keeping projects on track
  • Helping track & organize deliverables for all creative development
  • Working with other stakeholders to share or receive asset
  • Supporting the creative team with timeline planning

The ideal Project / Digital Asset Manager will have experience:

  • Working within a fast paced creative team
  • Managing multiple projects at once
  • Organizing creative assets
  • Working efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail
  • Connecting across multiple teams 
  • Using Monday.com (nice to have)
