◇Position Description◇
■Mission
Accelerate Digital Marketing by in charging of both B2C and B2B digital activation of communication and digital platform such as Website and SNS. Provide products (services) and related information with better digital experience.
■Roles and responsibilities
•Manage and operate marketing owned digital platform to offer better user experience by aligning with marketing strategy and sales strategy with execution excellence.
•Plan and manage digital activity (digital campaign, webpage, SNS) with execution excellence for the campaigns/programs of multiple product categories and segments by improving the performance.
•Drive PDCA for the performance based on aligned KPI, the usability and the functionalities of all digital activities.
•Analyze and report of digital platform performance periodically.
•Manage both internal & external business partners, agencies (digital agency, design agency) to maximize their capabilities with strong collaboration
◇Requirements◇
■Must Have – essential
【Experience】
-3+ years' experience in digital marketing field, either in-house or agency.
【Skill, Competency】
-Excellent skills in project management and agency management.
-Business English and Native level of Japanese are required.
-Strong communication skills
-Proactive, practical, and hands-on approach.
■Good to have - desirable
【Experience】
-Experience in content planning and operation (SNS, owned media etc.)
-Experience using BI tools for analysis
