Description and Requirements

We are seeking at Lenovo Malaysia for an Inside Sales Representative, managing AU Mid market.

The position will be responsible for uncovering opportunities, selling the benefits of the full catalogue of Lenovo products and services to our International Accounts.


Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver to the Quarterly Quota assigned for Revenue and Margin and any other metrics outlined as per the sales plan.
  • Develop an appropriate sales pipeline by building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Proactive calling into identified prospects and installing base accounts to achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain current and accurate account and pipeline information and contact information within D365.
  • Conduct weekly forecasting - know units shipped and to come, status, decision-makers and next steps in closing opportunities.
  • Drive incremental 3X3 revenue – Options, Services, Visuals.
  • Comprehend customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, technical support, and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to sales management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree with experience in a business-related field, information technology or similar subjects (preferred but not a must).
  • Advanced skills in MS-Office, Outlook and Customer Relationship Software.
  • A strong personality with the desire to reach high performance goals.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of Lenovo products, services, and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
