Who You’ll Work With: We manufacture one of the world’s most extensive portfolios of connected products, including: PCs (ThinkPad, Yoga, Lenovo Legion), tablets, smartphones, workstations and servers; as well as augmented and virtual reality, smart collaboration solutions, software and services. In this role you will be supporting our Intelligent Device Group (IDG). The IDG at Lenovo houses our PC and Smart Devices. We combine investment in high-growth segments (workstations, gaming, visuals, thin and light devices) with new innovation in the smart device categories and continue to explore new opportunities across AR/VR, artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), security and as-a-service solutions. What You'll Do: The Mid-Market Sales Manager is responsible for management of a team of inside sales professionals, based in our Canadian headquarters, who sell to a defined territory consisting of Mid-Market sized customers (500-1000 employees) located throughout the United States. Activities include all people management responsibilities, sales performance measurements, delivery of sales results and execution of Lenovo’s strategic objectives. The ability to nurture and grow a high performance team with a strong cultural foundation is of paramount interest as a member of the broader team.

Position Requirements:

* 5-7 years of sales experience, Channel and IT sales preferred.
* Fluency in English (written/verbal).
* Excellent Communication abilities with specific focus on interpersonal skills, as well as verbal, written and listening skills.
* Demonstrated success as a strategic thinker
* Some sought skills are the ability to tightly forecast, quick action with understood outcomes, risk taker when called upon, customer first throughout functions (to name a few).
* Proven ability to successfully handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Management or leadership experience an asset - Strong interest in a sales career path and leading a high-performance sales culture.
* Completed university or college degree.
* This role will be located at Lenovo’s Markham, ON office (Toronto).
