Description and Requirements
The ideal Sales Representative will be aggressive, goal-oriented, articulate and possess sound phone skills. A strong personality with the desire to reach high performance goals is a must. Representatives will work with Acquisition, Development and Retention accounts in the Corporate segment - with primary focus on acquisition and development growth. These Account Representatives will have sole ownership of their book of accounts; and will have sole responsibility to exceed revenue, profit and services targets.
This position will be responsible for uncovering opportunities, selling the benefits of the full suite of Lenovo products and services; and selling against the competition. Account Representatives will configure, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions as well as provide proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via the telephone and in person.
The Account Representatives will also be tightly aligned with Lenovo's strategic business partners and will be expected to drive a significant amount of their revenue growth by leveraging the channel and the various channel incentive programs. The Account Representatives will work within segment initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management.
Position Qualifications:
Preferred:
- 1-2 years of professional inside or outside sales experience in a technology field or IT Industry is preferred.
- Self-confident, self-motivated and assertive
- Acquisition selling skills
- Effective relationship building skill set
- Ability to plan strategically and improve profitability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- Executive presentation skills on hardware and services portfolios
- Strong understanding of channel programs
