About the job

As part of the New Services and Innovation team you will be responsible for successfully introducing new digital products and services.

In this role you will be part of the Go-To-Market team and work close to Marketing, Sales, PR, Partners, Engineering, Legal, Finance and other teams in order to design and coordinate new implementations to meet cross-functional needs and business goals, with focus on user experience.

We're looking for a driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication skills with prior experience driving programs from incubation to launch.


Scope of responsibilities

  • Manage the marketplace platform, including new sellers partnerships, products catalog, offerings, campaigns and promotions
  • Drive new services and feature development from conception to launch
  • Partner with different teams as sales, marketing, design, engineering and customer care to launch and operate new services 
  • Drive insights creations and measuring KPIs (engagement, sales performance, operation and marketing)
  • Partner with business team to drive strategic decisions based on data analysis
  • Interface with sellers
  • Partnering with Growth and marketing team to create campaigns, online advertising and A/B testing
  • Support Customer Care for solving consumer issues
  • Perform technical tests and platform configurations

Position Requirements

  • Experience with ecommerce and marketplaces
  • Experience in insights generation and analytics
  • Knowledge of VTEX platform
  • Experience with Android Apps as product owner
  • Strong leadership skill with excellent communication
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese languages
  • Desirable advanced Spanish
  • Graduation: Engineering, Computer Science,  Administration, Business or related
