Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage with marketing ready leads resulting from demand generation activities and nurturing those leads to opportunities for sellers
• Perform high volume calling with end-goal of identifying qualified opportunities
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, channel, and alliance teams to identify target accounts and cultivate prospecting lists
• Enhance contact and company data of prospective customers within CRM (Dynamics), ensuring information is accurately documented
• Work alongside the Marketing team to identify trending verticals and to conduct data-driven communication with prospects
• Maintain and provide reports on the status of leads and prospecting activities.
• Maintain the collaborative relationship between marketing, inside sales leaders, product management and the sales enablement teams to meet organizational goals.
Requirements:
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively under deadline pressure; adapt quickly to change
• Ability to effectively follow standard operating procedures and processes
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
• Proficient in communicating (written & verbal) in English
• At least 1-2 years in a sales or lead development role with a track record of success
• Experience cold calling, and customer engagement (30 – 50 calls, communications per day)
• Knowledge of datacenter technologies such as virtualization, storage, servers, cloud and networking (Preferred)
• Experience with CRM tools (MS Dynamics preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills
• Positive attitude, creative thinker, resilient, and driven to provide high-quality customer service
• Commitment to achieving individual and team performance goals
• Excellent phone presence and experience making phone calls in an open environment
