Description and Requirements
The North and Latin America Service Parts Cost & Operations Manager is responsible for operational and cost performance and reporting for the NA LA Services Supply Chain, and for managing and driving strategic projects to improve both performance and cost metrics for the organization as well as support and analyze local planning requests.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Creating accurate, consistent, and timely reports by merging data from various sources, extracting, validating, and controlling data
- Creating monthly cost reports for every cost element within the supply chain
- Working with management and finance team to project future spend by functional category
- Work with world-wide teams to align on spend targets and performance against them
- Create an operational framework to achieve contracted SLAs and business management KPIs.
- Maintain SOPs and operational procedures BMS.
- Drive top project BMS to track ongoing improvement projects and drive momentum
- Planning skills to support and analyze local CSRs requests
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3-5 years of working experience in supply chain-related positions.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with operations and cost management.
- Outstanding analytical capabilities and familiarity with excel & PPT, SAP experience is preferred
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, English
- Ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment
- Detail orientated
- Power BI experience preferred
