Description and Requirements

Responsible for NA LA Reverse Logistics Operations / Redemption process:

GP Operations: US/CA/LA

 - Coordinate the AFR transition

 - Ramping up of RTV: PB & UNIS return activities, including setting up FA testing report, supporting RMA process, Systems and data sync ramp up, etc

- Set up reverse KPI with vendors

Hyperscale Operations: US/CA/LA/WW

 - EMEA: Microsoft label change request, Accelarate and guide the RMA applications, Monitor the daily 3PL performance, including backlog order status, data sync status, RMA processing status, FA testing status, etc,

 - NA: Microsoft label change request,  CSAT WTW PI, Accelarate and guide the RMA applications

- AP: Monitor the daily 3PL performance, including backlog order status, data sync status, RMA processing status, FA testing status,etc.

 - WW: provide the bi-weekly RR report to bigger teams, including cost, service delivery team, etc, Design and prepare the return solution for new customers and new regions.
