Description and Requirements

The Lenovo Reverse Logistics Professional role is a critical member of the Lenovo Services & Reverse Operation.

The Lenovo NA & LAS Reverse Logistics Professional role is responsible for managing reverse logistics and reverse DC operations as well as coordinating with the local 3PL to ensure defective parts process flow through the reverse operations throughout the North America and Latin America region.  Reverse logistics knowledge and strong written and verbal communication skills are required. 


Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Monitoring and managing performance of the 3PLs to ensure they are meeting Reverse KPIs

• Monitoring the system discrepancy and error messages for reverse movements and take actions to   correct discrepancies

• Monitoring and managing performance of repair vendors to ensure TAT and Yield are achieved

• Providing resolutions to 3PL for part disposition within the reverse daily operations

• Communicating directly with vendors to resolve delays in RMA submission, OOB, and part delivery to ODMs and 3PL

• Managing vendor credit note processing/booking through the Finance team

• Providing CSP/GP reverse reporting, tracking, and ARROW to internal customers for part status update and parts flow

• Managing defective inbound follow up and resolution

• W2W processing and data analysis

• OOW/CID Repair billing validations/approvals for payment

• Daily/Weekly interlocks with the 3PL Reverse Team and Management to present/review Reverse Operations Scorecard

• Working with the 3PL to ensure vendor accuracy for repair/credit

• Working on system implementation, process alignment, and reverse parts workflow from E2

• Provide focal/support for new reverse related projects

• Responsible for overall execution of scrap process and follow up

• Managing the scrap process throughout the Americas region

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above

• 3-5 years working experience on supply chain reverse operations or related positions.

• Outstanding analytical capabilities and familiarity with excel & PPT, SAP, Power BI experience is preferred

• Excellent communication skills-Fluent Spanish speaking, Advanced English speaking

• Ability to work cross functionally in an international environment

• Detail orientated
