Description and Requirements

Position Description:

  • Coordinate closely with Lenovo teams and factories to ensure PN (part number) availability and successful EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) connectivity.
  • Serve as the liaison for order management, overseeing from entry to shipment reconciliation. Effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any order flow issues.
  • As a 3PO (third-party option) Fulfillment Execution team to manage and collaborate with 3PO vendors and Lenovo's extended teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Perform data analysis to identify opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance serviceability.
  • Work the second shift for one week every three months to support operational needs.
  • Participate in strategic projects and digital transformation initiatives to support the North America Fulfillment team.

Position Requirements:

  • Exhibit a strong teamwork spirit, innovative thinking, and a genuine passion for business.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, to foster effective collaboration.
  • Be highly self-motivated, with a strong focus on achieving results.
  • Strong English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Working knowledge of SAP/ERP and supply chain management principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including the use of pivot tables and the ability to create clear and impactful presentations.
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools such as SQL QlikSense, and Power BI is preferred.
