Description and Requirements

The North America Enablement team is seeking a Sales Transformation & Customer Experience leader to drive project management, digital transformation, and customer experience for the North America organization.  This role will be responsible for the implementation of key transformation initiatives to support our core business processes.  The incumbent will work cross-functionally across numerous business areas including Sales, Operations, Category, Enablement, Finance, and with worldwide organizations, including ISO HQ, Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, and Worldwide Operations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a team of project and program managers to execute on NA and ISO strategic initiatives.

• Drive key business projects as leader of NA PMO to accelerate deployment of transformation initiatives, ensuring no disruption to the business.

• Acts as liaison between geo business groups, WW DTIT, and WW Ops for the development and implementation of new tools and enhancements of existing systems.

• Provides geo-specific insight and process expertise to the WW ISO Transformation team based on in-depth expertise and experience.

• Customer, Partner and Employee Experience program management, reporting, and leadership updates.

• Order to cash and EDI/API onboarding, ease of doing business, and stuck order mitigation.

• Act as a voice for NA to ensure requirements are met, support needed for readiness is ensured and support needed post-deployment is provided.

• Engage and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and involvement within the North America and WW organizations on project deliverables.

• Oversee the management of the ‘Go Live’ process including User Acceptance testing (UAT), communication, and training coordination.

• Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to executive leadership.

• Implement change management activities in support of project deployment deliverables.

• Drive a collaborative/cohesive culture where team is engaged and pulling towards the same goals

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

• 5+ years of industry experience in sales, operations, business management, program/project management

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing complex projects which are often cross-functional while demonstrating exceptional business judgment and building relationships at all levels of the company.

• Direct Lenovo experience, with deep understanding of and ability to articulate best practices across core sales business processes (B2B, Channel, B2C)

• PMP certification

• Strong organizational, change management, and communication skills

• Ability to positively impact and lead through influence, exhibiting a presence and ability to communicate successfully with all levels of leadership

• Fast learner who can quickly absorb the nuances of complex, interdependent sales situations/processes

• Comfort with complexity, ability to “think outside the box” and move concepts to implementation

• Presentation skills critical including abilities to: interact with the audience; present messages with clarity; engage the audience in the presentation; and interpret and understand the mindsets of the listeners at all levels within organization and adjust accordingly.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort and skill of having tough, conflict management conversations

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple workstreams across multiple teams
