Description and Requirements



Lenovo is looking for a New Business Enterprise AM in Netherlands, who will be part of our International Sales Organization, reporting the the Sales Director. Our new Account Manager is a high potential with a +10 years successful commercial track record.


You are an ideal candidate for us, if you are an expert in direct sales and channel partner fulfilment and have solid analytical and planning skills. Based on your interpersonal skills you are able to negotiate while maximizing customer satisfaction and delivering beyond customer expectations.

Your job responsibilities include :

  • Growing Lenovo's customer base via a clear Lenovo Benelux company positioning and Account Business Planning
  • Development and execution of new business and customer acquisition plans
  • Identification, qualification and closure of sales opportunities
  • Collaboration with the Benelux Channel organization to gain support & approval for local strategy and growth planning
  • Weekly account status reporting - Forecasting of customer set revenue and margin
  • Identification of business risks (gap analyses) and creation of mitigation plans at early stage
  • Proposal creation, internal pricing alignment and strategy


Required experience :

  • University/Higher Education (BA) Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent
  • Proven, successful B2B commercial experience (+10 years)
  • Direct Sales competences and experience
  • Project management experience
  • Experience in Technology sector (preferred; PC/IT hardware, services)
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
