Description and Requirements



Our Nordic eCommerce team is looking for a student to help in the day-to-day management of a dynamic ecommerce business in Nordics region. 

This role is based in Søborg and offers a flexible working environment. 

Working hours can vary and will be adjusted to your studies, but weekly working hours will be around 15-20 hours. You will have an ability to work independently and be an integral part of the evolving eCommerce team in Lenovo globally. 


You'll be responsible for:

  • Helping lead the day-to-day Lenovo.com website hygiene project with focus on content quality and overall customer experience across all 4 Nordics countries: Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland.
  • Helping the team analyze customer experience satisfaction feedback to identify and prioritize customer pain points and develop plans to address root cause issues.
  • Analyze key site metrics across Customer Journey.
  • Work with extended Lenovo teams to implement short, medium, and long-term customer experience improvements.

You'll bring:

  • Danish and English spoken & written; Swedish/Norwegian/Finnish would be a plus.
  • Passionate about eCommerce and technology.
  • You think analytically and systematically, ability to analyse data problems.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational, and analytical skills vital.
  • You will have very good PC and Microsoft Office skills.
