Description and Requirements
The NA Services Transformation Lead will serve as a “trusted advisor,” and is the primary business point of contact to the business transformation team, IT managers, and developers. This role will be the liaison between the NA upsell business team and the digital transformation team, participating in business decisions, priorities, and relevant project/initiative information and proactively sharing knowledge of technology risks and opportunities. This helps create a competitive advantage for the Services business and increases efficiency and effectiveness as we work to enable our internal and external partners to sell and deliver our services.
Activities
- Manage and oversee the design and development of new software tools, propose systems enhancements, and deploy new technology solutions into the North America Services and Software organization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business users, project managers, IT professionals, and digital transformation teams to develop and deliver impactful leading-edge business technology solutions.
- Own, drive and participate in various aspects of project management to ensure successful project execution and delivery to derive identified business value returns.
- Assist with blueprinting and design sessions to gather functional requirements and define new business processes to be implemented.
- Coordinate change management to transition from existing legacy systems and processes, translating to IT Organizational Process changes, system testing, end-user communication and training.
Basic Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Technologies, Business Management or similar.
- 3-5 years of experience in application release processes within the Agile methodology, as well as knowledge of SAP or other enterprise solution package tool experience, are anticipated for this position.
- Organizational Change Management impact assessment is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity within the industry best-practice services solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, strong team player skills, and good organizational skills are critical for this role.
