Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities of the Software Test Engineer: 
·        Create software or OS server system level test strategy 
·        Create test plan based on test strategy and project support scope 
·        Estimate tester and hardware resource by projects 
·        Lead testers to do software testing, confirm and align defect with development 
·        Audit and monitor ODMs’ test plan and result. 
·        Co-work with technical engineers to narrow down and clarify key issues
·        Co-work with PA project Lead Test Engineer, manage and control risk 
·        Automation test concept & design and scripts development & maintain
·        Enhance software validation qualify by analyzing customer issue and defects   

Job Requirements of the Software Test Engineer:
·        Bachelor’s degree in computer /IT or equivalent work experience— mandatory
·        5+ years system software or OS of server or PC testing experiences — mandatory 
·        Good communication skill in English of both written and oral. — mandatory 
·        Experiences on server, Operation System, network, could setup testing environment independently. 
·        Automation scripts developing/maintain
