Description and Requirements
Lenovo’s Services and Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Offering Technology Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Information Technology Service Management and ServiceNow technologies, as well as experience designing and Information Technology Service Management and ServiceNow solutions. You will be responsible for providing technology leadership, and architecture development, leading the development of pilots, and maximizing the leverage of advancements in Information Technology Service Management and ServiceNow technologies in DWS offerings and platforms.
Responsibilities:
- 8 or more years of experience as an Information Technology Service Management and ServiceNow-focused Architect, with experience in designing and delivering solutions that leverage Information Technology Service Management and ServiceNow technologies.
- Deep understanding of IT outsourcing services, the technology industry, Information Technology Service Management, and ServiceNow technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ITIL 4 Foundation or Managing Professional, or Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT)
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
