Description and Requirements

Deliver business result & talent for Lenovo future growth and mainly focus in commercial business through partner engine. Key direction not limited below and key will be align with WW/AP/CAP strategy to land local execution.

1. Manage all channel sales cross IDG/ISG
2. Build channel relationship through tool/process/programs to grow Lenovo business.
3. Execute WW/AP/CAP channel strategy and plan to develop our partner business for One Lenovo cross IDG/ISG/SSG.
4. Align with Segment (REL/SMB/Commercial Web) to lead our partner ecosystem 
5. Support Geo/Region/CTY plan execution.
6. People development
7. Leverage & lead team work cross teams.
