Description and Requirements

  • Candidate should be self-reliant, able to think critically and act decisively in dynamic situations.
  • Communicating effectively with users, IT team and stakeholders.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize the assigning of service requests based on urgency and impact while still be well organized in keeping track.
  • Monitoring and escalating service requests to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
  • Proficient and comfortable in working with Microsoft Office especially in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint for managing of daily and monthly tracker/report respectively.
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding of new and departing employees – both users and staffs/teams.
  • Receiving, assigning, tracking IT service requests and collaborating with different IT teams and stakeholders.
  • Managing user accounts, access permissions and security settings.
  • Participating in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
  • Assisting users with software installation, configuration and updates.
