Description and Requirements

Position Description:

  • Build an internal community within the team, providing learning and sharing opportunities for team members; Help prepare for the team’s annual plan, incl. tasks like PPT creation and conducting surveys
  • Maintain good relationships with external academic/ corporate/  institution partners through effective communication and implementation; Help prepare for public speech or presentations 
  • Provide real-time scheduling support to ensure smooth coordination and prevent conflicts for regular executive interlocks
  • Provide advanced administrative support to senior executives’ meetings, e.g.: arranging and preparing for senior-level meetings
  • Assist with other ad-hoc tasks

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with overseas background. Proficient in English as a working language
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the area of business operation or executive assistant
  • Strong ownership and eagerness to learn. Action-oriented, always keep the big picture in mind
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with senior management team
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

Position Description:

  • 协助统筹部门团队建设、协作流程及文化氛围搭建;协助准备团队年度规划,包括但不限于PPT准备、survey调研等工作
  • 负责协助与外部校企机构合作沟通与落地执行,外部会议接待等活动;协助部门负责人的外部活动准备,包括但不限于演讲稿、PPT准备等
  • 定期负责协调管理层及跨部门会议安排,整理会议纪要等工作
  • 负责管理层的专项会议组织及安排
  • 协助团队日常其他工作

Position Requirements:

  • 大学本科及以上学历,有海外留学背景,英语能作为工作语言;
  • 3年以上业务助理/总经理助理相关工作经历;
  • 积极主动,细心有责任感,具有owner意识,具备较强的学习能力,并有良好的沟通协调能力,能高效完成工作;熟练使用办公软件(PPT技能熟练)
