NEW GRADUATE OPPORTUNITY
This Software Operations Specialist position will support the WW Software business. This position reports into WS Product and Operations, but is strongly aligned support GEO, Services, and eCommerce teams. This is a fast-paced role for someone who has strong analytical and communication skills.
What You'll Do:
Responsibilities:
* Manage enablement of products through our various systems for various SaaS routes
* Interface with cross functional teams on custom orders, license distribution, revenue attainment, tracks, and digital supply chain priorities
* Provide analytics on various business metrics and trends
* Actively works to promote improvement to performance metrics
* Manage projects for the Software Operations Team - Drive ownership and follow-through of actions and activities
Basic Requirements:
* Project management skills
* Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic abilities
* Demonstrated financial acumen, systems knowledge, and overall business insight
* Superior Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills
* Flexibility to work some evening hours
Preferred Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree
* Experience in Sales, Operations, GSC, or SaaS business
* Superior communications skills, both verbal and written, as well as refined presentation skills
* Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively & autonomously
