What You’ll Do

We’re looking for an enthusiastic candidate, a career-minded professional with a strong background in supply chain planning and execution, to join our team. The Order Execution Team is responsible for the E2E operation from the MO creation until the commit dates (PSSD/RPSSD) for all ISG products shipped from the MTY Plant. We manage the execution and operative relationship between the manufacturing team.

This is an exciting role where you’ll interact with global team members, customers, manufacturing sites, and vendors. Responsibilities

  • Manufacturing Order Management.
  • Our key KPI is to ensure every single order ships according to the SLA (PSSD/RPSSD).
  • Owners to drive any Supply or Material Allocation.
  • Prioritize critical orders to meet customer requirements and expectations, follow past due, coming due and tails.
  • Interlock with Order Fulfillment Team on critical orders and open issues.
  • CTB/ATB Analysis and Reporting.
  • Capacity Requirements.
  • Deal with special customer requirements.
  • Control build ahead.
  • Review daily backlog to get in front of potential issues affecting customers.
  • Control and applied Offspecs/Deviations for MTY Plant
  • Finish Goods Optimization.
  • Physical Inventory Rebalance.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
  • +3 years of Manufacturing experience
  • English language skills are required (Spanish language skills also preferred)
  • Good with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Office 365 software
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • SAP S4, IPS and LeMES.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
  • Customer Service skills.
  • Strong ownership, leadership and sense of urgency.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Embrace challenge, find complex and challenging situations as opportunities to learn.
  • Innovative thinking.
  • Proactive and organized.
  • Project Management skills.
