Description and Requirements


  • Experience in order processing in any MNC
  • ECC/ SAP knowledge mandatory.
  • Good communication skills email & Spoken( English)
  • Flexible to work in early morning shift ( 5:00 am)
  • Resolving Customer, Sales and AR team Queries.
  • Support audit schedules and activities, can involve ad-hoc workings towards  resolving audit queries
  • Provide requested details as required by peer groups from time to time
  • Work towards resolution for internal customers with best solutions
  • Maintain excellent stakeholder and cross team relationships through effective and timely communication
  • Support in ad-hoc work as required for team and maintain TAT at the same time
  • Work closely with Sales along with Finance and Legal to ensure accuracy in all validations performed
  • Clearing stuck orders from the system
  • Follow up on Rejection and setting up calls with sales
