This role would be supporting India eComm go direct project. The expectation from this role would be to manage e2e order center and payment processes for customer loading orders on eComm platform.

The roles and responsibilities would include:

  • Function Mailbox management and allocation
  • Ensure smooth payment processing for customers placing orders through Flash- Razor Pay Gateway
  • Provide payment query support to customers on call (incoming)
  • Daily reconciliation of payment received from Razor Pay with Lenovo Sales orders
  • Ensure daily posting of payment received & daily offsetting of invoiced orders
  • Ensure payment failed orders are cancelled / reversed or payment collected from end customer
  • Track refund process for end customer in Razor Pay for cancelled orders
  • Track RSO to closure & refund processed in ECC to net off invoice.
  • Liaise with Fulfilment & Global Logistics for failed payments and cancelled orders.
  • Track Disputed payments and Chargeback.
  • Monitoring Monthly ledger closures by ensuring all payments / invoiced orders are reconciled.
  • Track productivity of team – Return and refund specialist & cash application team.
  • Send monthly productivity and Cash closing updates to business.
  • Own Weekly and Monthly BMS
  • Must Have: Bachelor’s degree, business administration or a related discipline in accounts/ ecommerce
  • Desired: MBA – Finance/ accounts
  • SAP , D365, Excel, Good communication skills
  • 7 ~ 8 years’ experience in Supply Chain / stake holder Management
