Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

全面负责服务器PCB和其他相关器件的供应商质量管理，包括：

1. 服务器PCB技术开发与创新
- 跟踪PCB行业技术趋势（如高速高频设计、高密度互连（HDI）、散热基板、绿色环保材料等），主导服务器PCB新工艺、新材料的评估与导入。
- 设计并优化服务器PCB方案（如AI服务器主板、GPU加速卡、高速背板等），解决信号完整性（SI）、电源完整性（PI）、电磁兼容（EMC）等关键技术问题。
- 协同PCB供应商完成技术验证（如叠层设计、阻抗控制、散热仿真等），确保设计方案可量产且符合成本目标。
- 制定PCB设计规范、DFM（可制造性设计）标准及测试方案，推动内部团队与供应商执行。
2. 客户需求对接与方案落地
- 深度理解客户对服务器PCB的性能需求（如高频信号损耗、散热要求、定制化层数等），提供技术解决方案并输出设计文档。
- 协调客户、研发团队及供应商，快速响应PCB相关的技术问题（如信号干扰、焊接良率、可靠性测试等），确保项目按时交付。
- 组织客户技术沟通会，展示PCB设计优势与创新点，提升客户信任度。
3. PCB供应商全流程管理
- 评估PCB供应商技术能力（如多层板制程、高速材料加工、盲埋孔工艺等），主导供应商准入审核与定期绩效评审。
- 监控供应商开发进度与质量，主导PCB生产问题攻关（如孔铜均匀性、层压缺陷、阻抗偏差等），推动良率提升与成本优化。
- 建立供应商技术能力档案，推动其工艺升级与创新能力提升，确保供应链技术储备领先。


岗位要求
1. 本科及以上，电子工程、微电子、材料科学与工程或相关专业。
2. 5年以上服务器/通信设备PCB设计或供应商管理经验，有高速PCB（如PCIe 5.0+/DDR5）开发成功案例。
3. 精通高速PCB设计工具（Cadence Allegro、Mentor Xpedition等）及仿真软件（Sigrity、HyperLynx等）。
4. 熟悉PCB材料特性（高频板材、陶瓷基板、铜箔类型等）及行业标准（IPC-6012、IPC-A-600）。
5. 掌握PCB制程关键工艺（如压合、钻孔、电镀、表面处理）及可靠性测试方法（热循环、振动测试等）。
6. 英语熟练，可阅读技术文档并参与跨国技术会议。
7. 客户导向：能精准解读客户需求，平衡技术可行性与成本，提供最优方案。
8. 细节把控：对PCB设计及生产中的微小参数变化敏感，具备严谨的问题分析能力。
9. 协作能力：擅长跨部门（硬件、测试、采购）及外部供应商资源整合。
