The incumbent will be responsible for the eCommerce P&L & managing the eCommerce business for Philippines. Establishing strong business execution, eCommerce operations, developing the right 4P plan, managing the promotion calendar, engaging with the internal cross functional stakeholders, are primary responsibilities

Planning & Strategy

  • Responsible for developing strategy & tactical plan for the PH eCommerce business
  • Plan all aspects of eCommerce business, including 4P (product portfolio, place pricing and promotions)
  • Lead quarterly planning & regular meeting cadence & interlocks with the key stakeholders
  • Operations
  • Supervise sales and marketing support to support eCommerce executions such as online campaigns, merchandising plan, digital marketing activities and pre/ post sales operations.
  • Become a focal of PH eCommerce and make a collaboration with local team, which includes Ops, Finance, Product, Consumer, SMB, Marketing, Service and Logistics team.
  • Conduct in-depth review & analysis of Marketing campaign results and online sales, co-relating activities with portfolio performance and optimizing performance marketing accordingly
  • Co- work with related offshore eCommerce/supporting team, which includes Production, Product operations, Marketing operations, Sales Support, Fulfillment team.
  • Accountability for the regular operational issues, such as customer service coordination, product returns, stock inventory etc
  • Liaise & review with regional / global team on site improvements, support levels, new capabilities on a regular basis
  • Collaborate & engage with the cross functional teams as & when required
Business development
  • Lead end-to-end business development for Philippines eCommerce sales while initiating 4P, marketing and other sales operations.
  • Identify new & innovative Go to market models for eCommerce business
  • Establish & manage partnerships with eCommerce business partners & distributors & liaising with them
  • Team management / Leadership

Position Requirement
  • 10 or more years of experience within eCommerce management & execution
  • Managed Online Business & sizable team
  • Demonstrated experience in retail eCommerce, and business-to-consumer (B2C) eCommerce
  • A strong understanding of eCommerce operations, sales planning & business development
  • Ability to drive strategy and change while implementing, analyzing and reporting on numerous concurrent eCommerce projects
  • Knowledge of the latest trends, technologies and platforms for eCommerce
  • Passion for engaging in improving own knowledge and skills.
  • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
  • Superior analytical skills and experience in applying data & insights to make decisions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
