Description and Requirements

工作职责：

1.新产品的包装开发和创意，基于和产品市场的沟通和客户需求，结合竞品分析和产品特点和市场定位，对新品进行包装结构和概念创意设计(2D/3D).

2.概念设计转换相关工程图纸，跟进供应商样品进度，试产和测试计划.

3.针对包装用户体验反馈和试验测试结果的分析，并根据结果进行设计优化，与工厂相关部门对接确保设计的生产导入；

4:确保所负责包装项目整体进度，成本和质量符合产品和市场需求.

岗位要求:

1.专业要求：包装工程或者工业设计类本科类

2. 能操作平面设计软件（如Photoshop、Illustrator deng）和至少一种三维设计软件（如Creo、Rhino 等），会ArtiosCAD，Keyshot 优先考虑；

3.英语工作语言，听说读写流利.

4:沟通能力强，有承压能力.
