Description and Requirements

PRC PO is a role covering both Product Operation and Business Manager, which combines the responsibilities of overseeing product development operations with managing overall business processes. This role requires extensive product knowledge in PC industry, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of both product lifecycle management and business management.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Operations:
    • Possess deep knowledge of PC products to guide and drive product transitions and improvements, staying on top of industry trends.
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to support product development and lifecycle management.
    • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track the progress and success of product initiatives.
    • Ensure that product release cycles are well-coordinated and communication is streamlined between teams.
  • Business Management:
    • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
    • Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations and processes.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to departmental teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends.
    • Create and present reports on business performance, providing business insights and solutions.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to manage financial planning and analysis activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability, ensuring all tasks and projects are seen through to completion.
