会议视频AI算法工程师：
岗位描述：
1、基于视频会议场景，负责人物检测、跟踪、识别相关算法研究； 
2、深度掌握部分主干网络，能够针对业务需求完成网络的优化； 
3、跟进前沿CV论文，进行复现和落地；
背景要求：
1、硕士及以上学历，计算机、软件、通信、理工科相关专业； 
2、对图像检测、跟踪、识别算法具有一定的理论基础； 
3、了解深度学习RNN/CNN的基本网络原理；
4、对图像处理前沿热点了解、熟悉者优先考虑； 
5、具有一定的软件开发基础，熟练掌握python或C++编程语言
